These random reboots started about 3-4 weeks ago after I did a security update (not sure if that mattered)
I couldn't get the reboots to stop so someone suggested I upgrade the OS to Catalina (was on Mojave) to see if that fixed the issue.
I am now on Catalina 10.15.4
It ran good for two days and then had a panic again today . Below is the error If anyone can help on this.

It Always seems to reboot when I'm Remote into work and in the middle of something. (of course)
This is frustrating as hell .

I haven't followed this issue at all, because I've been very happy with Catalina for months. Suddenly yesterday after wakeup from sleep, spinning wheel and chaos and crash. After restart, my APFS volume was unbootable and I had to format. I had a CCC backup.

Just before this happened, I had noticed that my energy settings were set to just sleep screens. (I have three displays, my iMac i5 2017, and two more.) And I had de-selected "Prevent that mac goes to sleep with displays". (Not shure of the exact english.) As I said, on very first wake up, total crash, and ruined boot-disk.

I have restored from backup, and everything's OK. I will not deselect that option again.

I'm guessing this has to do with wake-up from sleep, maybe in combination with multiple displays. I see sleep mentioned several times in this thread.

I'll just keep my imac awake from now, and let displays turn on/off automatically. No big deal. On the contrary, I think leaving the mac running, with a restart every other week, actually have contributed to my pleasent experience with Catalina. And I had actually not noticed that my mac did not go to sleep at all.

IHTH.
