I know its a rumour but that image is what the 24" should have looked like.

Could be tempted to upgrade but will wait see what actually lands, if it does.

The dark bezels make it something I'd consider, but a notch on this would make me skip it for sure.

To be fair, that's pretty much the machine most of us are expecting them to release isn't it? I would be surprised if the screen wasn't a bit bigger than 27" though - I'd expect a 30" display at least.

I saw no mention of it having 27-inch on the tweet. Perhaps MacRumors got this information from a different source or it is just supposing it will be a 27-inch model. The tweet mentions "Pro XDR Display" and the one being sold by Apple (standalone) is a 32-inch model.

Can you imagine how thick it will have be if the HDMI has to plug in to the back? Doubt it will plug in to the sides or bottom. So either no HDMI or it'll be thick.

27” is a ‘massive’ mistake Apple. I can’t imagine anyone wanting 27” over 32” as anyone with size constraints will surely get the 24”.

Maybe the return of 3 iMac sizes? ..Maybe?

It’s a possibility different sizes of IMac’s are coming.

Yes he did.

I would have liked 30-32" personally, but it isn't a deal breaker. 27" is still plenty big and I suspect this model will have a smaller chin and thinner bezels compared to the current 27" iMac, which will be great.

I'm just really concerned about that starting price. Right now it starts at $1,800 and I see this machine starting at $2,200-$2,500. $2,000 would be fine.

Only one “max”? If so not much more cup /gpu performance than the iMac Pro 2017. Makes no sense. 2X M1 max and 6k- that is a iMac Pro worth the name.

Interesting that he says FaceID was "tested", whatever that means. With the increased screen real estate on an iMac and an impending notch, FaceID would make perfect sense.
