iMac sept 12 release?

Doesn't matter if it's the 11th or 12th right now, we still wont see new iMacs this week.
I bet they'll arrive in October at earliest.. And it will be a silent website update as it most likely only is a spec bump.
Next year we might see a retina ThunderBolt display together with a Mac Pro update, then later on the retina panel will be incorporated into the iMac line.. my $.02

Wow. I'm as hopeful for iMacs as the next person, but understand there has been no confirmation at all on iMacs even ever being released again. Seriously. You're talking about the details (redesign) of "it" being confirmed, when we haven't had it confirmed that there will even be an "it" released at all, this month, next month, or ever.

If they release a new iMac, then I don't see why not. Apple used HDMI on Mac mini and their latest laptop...

are also very low on stock!
As I said previously, I have NEVER seen Amazon.it WITHOUT those messages. Never. So I'm afraid that it's not really a good indication... plus while you can't buy on the Italian Apple Store and have pick it up in a retail store, you can "reserve" whatever that means exactly your machine via the iOS App. NONE of them states that any store is out of ANY iMac.
They may be low, but we have no way of knowing. They're not out, though. (And yes it tells you last Tuesday the Roma Est Apple Store said "non disponibile" for the base 27", but the label disappeared an hour later, meaning it got restocked)----------

nice! what's wrong, its yet another confirming article that iMacs are just around the corner now.
maybe we'll hear something, but I doubt it. I'm guessing in about 2 weeks. Don't really care unless I can order it today

I still follow iMac rumors 'cause it was what I really wanted back in May, though I ended up getting something else, and am curious what the specs will be. the whole time the rumored date has been getting pushed forward a month. definitely June, definitely July, definitely August ... the year is starting to run out of months.
Can't wait Hopefully the "5" in the ad means 5 new products!
Doesn't necessarily mean iMac is one of them. But one can hope.
