Hey guys.

I have these 2 iMacs that were given to me.
Are they of any real value?

2017 iMac 27"
3.5 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
16GB 2400 MHz DDR4
Radeon Pro 575 4GB
500GB SSD
macOS Ventura

Late 2013 iMac 21"
2.7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
8GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Intel Iris Pro 1536MB
1TB HDD
macOS Catalina

I also have a post here.

Do they have any value if I decide to sell them?

Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions?

Thanks!

The 2017 can probably be sold for a few hundred $. This is a very usable computer, and is “vintage” but not yet “obsolete” per Apple.
You will be lucky to get $50 for the 2013, which is officially obsolete.

I'm writing this reply on a late 2013 21" iMac.....I use it just about every day, but I wouldn't buy one today.

There are people who have and use older legacy software who might give $50 for it.

For around $300 you could convert the 2017 into a standalone 5k display comparable in image quality to a $1600 Studio Display. If you want a project that is one to consider. Lots to learn about here:

I suppose they can be used for Home Sharing or Network home server. So there is some value for those really old ones of such a purpose.
