Who wouldn't want this in their sig?

Not only are they annoying, they're also very unwelcome for those of us who are still soldiering on with dial-up connections.

I for one am very happy we don't have them.

Discussing "what if we had images in sigs" is what this thread is about. I think the posts above, even though made for fun, show why we've steered clear of them.

Does anybody want to post a link to a forum system that's on the other extreme? I've seen a few, but I don't want to strain my eyes looking for them again myself.

Has anybody ever encountered a forum systems implemented with image-sig support but with limits (e.g., by pixel size or bytesize) that make it more practical and less intrusive than a free-for-all?

Oh, wow... those bonobo monkeys are crazy.

"Sexual intercourse plays a major role in Bonobo society, being used as a greeting, a means of conflict resolution and post-conflict reconciliation, and as favors traded by the females in exchange for food."

Eh... on second thought... that sounds alot like humans, too.

My experience has been that the forum either stays clean, as it is here, or it gets completely out of control. Like a pack of fun loving Bonobos. Erm, suddenly, I'm kind of wishing I was a Bonobo. 😱

Basically you might as well be waiting for the pork/chicken hybrid clones to be grown.

Flying pigs. Classic.

As we see more and more animated items that could be signatures the more I am glad that MR doesn't allow them.

Flying pigs are better as screensavers. Hmmm... flying toasters as signatures?
Burnt or regular toast? 😉

Can you imagine the workload involved with moderating graphic signatures? 😱
