That cradle for the AirPods is 100% 3D printed. More like rapid prototyping rather than a roll out.

I had one side of the AirPod Pro replaced because it was noisy. If I sat still it was OK. If I walked each footstep translated into a thump on one side. After chatting online with a rep they scheduled a genius appointment at a local store to replace it. Interestingly enough, he connected his laptop by cable to the lightning port of the charging case and ran some sort of diagnostics that told him that there was indeed a fault in one unit. They replaced it at no charge. Really interesting that the computer in the case has this kind of diagnostic capability.

My right airpod was not working at all. It did not matter what I tried. Apple asked me to replace. I did t even bother about it. I bought the Airpod Pro anyway.
the AirPods works fine when listen to music but not Phone, my right just in and out then people can’t hear me.
lastweek, accidentally It fell into the sink. Then suddenly my old right airpod is now working again for the last three days. No down time, no problem.
I think Dust is the issue. I have tried to clean and follow few advices but never work.

Same issue I had. It was “rattling” with each step/bump. People complained of hearing static when I was talking.

It appears two different picture. The 3D printed one on second pics probably was quick dirt FDM prototype, also looking at the surface, it seems they using ABS/PLA.

This first picture from Fudge twitter aren't show visible layer anymore, should be injected mold or maybe MJF prints? since MJF is less porous and almost injected mold like product compared with SLS
