Restoring your phone wont do anything if its an apple worldwide network issue.

I'm restoring this 3GS to sell it. Not because iMessage doesn't work.

I was pointing out that iTunes won't download the latest version of IOS, therefore I cannot restore the phone.

How often do these network issues happen? That's right, they wait till I fkin need it, that's when.

Down for me too, in Northern California, iMessage and FaceTime. Has been down for 2 hours. When trying to send an iMessage it says 'iMessage is unavailable'.
