To confirm, if I delete an iMessage on my iPhone, it should delete it on my iPad and vice versa, no?

This doesn't always seem to be the case for me. I'm not jail broken, and using the most current OS on both devices.

Any ideas?

I read that if you'll make note of the Apple ID at the top of the page and then select your phone number and email address that you want to sync to that device, you'll synchromize them, but I'm not sure that it causes deleting. Do your devices synchronized?

Deletions do not get synchronized.
