Waiting

I paid last night, but still haven't received the instruction email. Is
This common. I've emailed them. Any suggestions?

No joy for me so far. Tried every server.

Also - I get "(NULL) ((NULL))" in the Language section of Settings->General->Siri. What's up with that?

still having issues installing the proxy certificate profiles.

I might just be completely doing this wrong.

Wait, I didn't get any emails but Siri finally started answering my questions this morning, hope the fix stays!!!

After applying the fix in the email Siri is once again working on my iP4. They kept me in the loop as far as emails as well. I admit that I was nervous, but keeping a cool head I feel has paid off.

Congrats to those who it's working for, and to everyone else try to give them a little time.

Does anyone know how on earth they can make this work in the long run?

Apple should be noticing that an enormous amount of Siri activity is apparently originating from the same few IP4Ses and ban them. Also, they must be going through lots of proxies to avoid all the requests coming from the same IP and getting banned. Finally, I would think Apple could quickly throw a truckful of lawyers at them. They don't seem to lack them ;)

Do you really think they can keep up this service for more than a short while (weeks perhaps) ?

iMZDL seems to be the most reliable service out there selling proxies. I know they are experiencing a ton of issues but at least they are promptly responding to emails.

Does anyone know of any other reputable sites? I don't mind paying $20 for a year or even $30. But, I just can't see myself paying anymore... Especially when they, or Apple, can put a stop to their service at any time.

I think its just a minor hiccup. Theyve been most reliable with other services so I'm not worried. As for whether or not Siri services will last, we shall see. Apple will shut it down really quick if they don't like it.

So no luck with uhelios. I've tried everything I can think of.

Now iMZDL isn't accepting new users so I guess I'm going to have to run my own proxy with the wife's 4S. Always good to exercise the Linux brain cells once in a while.

Would you say it's worth the trouble and time to run your own server?

Which of the uhelios servers are u having luck with?

EDIT: I see from his twitter that he's working on a fix so hopefully that comes to pass soon.

I haven't been able to connect to the proxy server for a good hour now on either of my devices (iphone4, ipad2). I take it from the post above mine the proxy server is down. Is anyone else able to get Siri to function? How frequent are these downtimes? Typical duration of downtime?

i was having trouble a couple hours ago, but it's working fine for me now. so far, it works more often than not, but i will consider removing it if reliability remains an issue.

Mine works 100% of the time. I use the reliever server. I was also one of their first customers though. Im not sure if that has something to do with it.

It's been stop start for me since I submitted my assistant.plist to SiriZone to assist with the fix. Prior to that I had a superb, constant service (other than specified down time). I'm literally minutes away from restoring to stock.
