Here's a tip for Slider owners

Gentlemen,

I've been using my Slider now for about a month. I recall there were some complaints about the Slider being a bit loose. Well there's a quick fix for that!

Take a small piece of paper and fold it in half, then stick it behind the phone in the case, towards the edge. Presto, just enough friction to stop the phone from shifting in the case.

Not only that, but I decided to write contact info on that piece of paper, so that if I lose my phone and it's found by an honest person, I'm more likely to get it back.

I really liked the Incase Slider. Hit all my must haves except for it didn't work with my screen protector. And I liked my screen protector better than the case.

Good case but I returned it. Made the phone a little thicker than I'd like and I noticed a lot of dust collected around screen edges after just a day or two.

Bubbling the edges/corners of screen protectors has always been the problem with what is otherwise my favorite case.

I happened to buy a pack of Verizon's screen protectors once, even though I'm with att, :) and turns out, they cut them slightly smaller, and I've had no issues with the Incase sliders using this protector, both on my 4s and 5.

The black soft touch/matte Incase slider is my favorite case, sleek, not bulky, and very decent drop protection.

Ah man I was wondering about this.

So the iphone 5 slider still messes up the screen protectors? I was hoping they would find a way to fix it from the 4.

I can't tell from the pics but is this one soft touch/matte as well? (I love that too). This one looks more plasticy. Thanks!

This is the first case I purchased for my iPhone 5 when I got it. I like it because it actually fits it very well and does not affect or damage my Invisibleshield screen protector on the front side only.

But, one big problem I noticed. After a few days of use, it will leave scuff marks on the back side of the phone. Possibly only for the black iPhone (not sure about the white one) but in the long run I think it could be permanent scuffing on the back. I was able to wipe it off with cleaner and a cloth because I caught it fairly early, but buyers beware of this issue.

From my use, it did not leave any scuff marks on the side or top or bottom of the phone. Just the back side.

Any slider users here used the incipio ngp too? Curious to know the thickness difference. I like the thinness of the ngp but I'm concerned about the slider's thickness.
