I did, yes price is a downpoint, but that doesn't mean the case is bad. compared to the offerings from other companies, its worth it

Never anywhere did I say the case was bad. I actually praised it pretty high compared to a lot of the crap that I have used and currently hold at the bottom of a giant rubbermaid container.

When bringing all aspects into a review, price is a big one that seems to get lost on a lot of people, especially when it is given to them for free (look at the "big names" that are supposedly trusted to see what I mean). I haven't lost that at all since I know how much things in the real world cost and I won't recommend a product to my friends that isn't worth the price of admission.

Even with the massive paychecks I get from my job that make me pretty well off I still know a rip off when I see it. At $35 for the DRX, with the amount of actual protection it offers and compared to the other cases at that price point, I can't honestly recommend it. There are just quite a few other options out there at cheaper.

Crap even the NGP, while not my favorite case since after a couple of weeks of bad mistreatment the TPU started to give way on the sides, the average person will be more than satisfied with it and the level of protection it offers. That case costs 19.99 at Walmart and even cheaper on Amazon and eBay. It offers the same level of protection as the DRX.

If you want to see really bad "reviews" that even further prove my point, look at a few of those same people that did videos for the Phosphor watches that were sent around a couple months back. How can anyone recommend that thing. It has cool tech for sure but it unusuable in anything other than perfect lighting due to the viewing angle required and lack of backlight. For $150 bucks I better be able to use my watch in places other than a well lit room.

Yea I see your Point. But then again Incase Charges $35 for the Slider and Snap, which aren't so good, iSkin charges $40 for the Solo Vu, which is basically a regular Solo with a part plastic back. So over those cases I'd pay $35, however $10 (or $15 if you got it from Wal-Mart) over the NGP isn't the best value.

Exactly how I felt about the case after a day with it. The material feels very similar to the NGP thus not making it worth $35 at all. For that price may as grab the Candyshell that offers much better protection.
