+1 for the feather. Feels great, gives it that matte grip while protecting the back from scratches and what not. Just be careful with the phone and the feather will do. Big, bulky cases just take away from the feel and to other people it looks like your phone is thick and massive.

I have both as well. The slider offers more protection, but I am careful with my phone and it stays in the feather most of the time.

I prefer the WARRANTY. Apple Care pwns all iPhone cases.

I have really just never liked the slider. It all depends what you are looking for though. If you just want scratch protection and want to keep the same form factor of the iphone, go for the feather. I have it and love it.

If yo want more drop protection get the slider but be aware there are reports of it scratching the phone.

My feather has scratched my bezel as well, and it's only been off three times in a month. Granted, it's nothing like what my Incase Slider did to my previous 3G, but they do scratch a little.

I like the top of the bezel being exposed. It's part of the beauty of the iphone design.
