Incipio NGP soft shell (Flash issue)

emailed support today at noon, hopefully I'll get a reply about the replacements monday. *Crosses Fingers*
Here's a pic of the "lip", I noticed the lip as soon as I bought the case because it was a little uneven and rough to the touch, however it has smoothed out a lot with everyday usage, and the top is really the only place it was uneven, the rest of the case lip is pretty smooth.
I really believe this case to be next to perfect. I had my first successful drop test, and it passed with flying colors, no damage to iPhone OR case, and it was a good 4-5 foot drop on concrete.
This case material is exactly what I was looking for, I wanted to move away from the silicone/rubber cases to a hard type case but something that was easy to take on and off, the NGP is the perfect hybrid of hard and soft cases.

The headphone jack alignment looks off?
Not at all. I actually picked up this case thanks to this thread
The alignment it top notch and the general fitment is excellent. I love the fact that it is grippy enough, but does not pick up lint while in my pocket. The best "everyday" case I have tried so far. It does have some molding marks around the edge, but they are mostly unnoticeable. Very happy with this case.I don't remember what I paid, I think it might have only be $19.99, but it was definitely not more than $24.99.
As Artood2s said, not at all, the case is a perfect fit, it actually "snaps" onto the iPhone.
I really love this case, best case I've ever used, it's the perfect balance between soft and hard case.

It doesn't scratch, any scuffs seem to buff right out, it would take a very deep scratch to be noticeable on this material
Yup, or online for cheaper (Amazon) with extras. The plus side about buying at the ATT Store is that you can check the ones they have in stock and buy the least affected by the mold marks
I got my black one from the AT&T store for $24.99. I think they have the semi-transparent gunmetal color one at Wal Mart for $19.99. I posted the photo of the black one. I think it's a great case so far.
I checked my reciept, it was only $19.88 at walmart, but they only have the matte semi transparent gunmetal version.
My local AT&T has the black NGP, but it's in an unbranded AT&T box that says Incipio soft shell, or something like that. I don't recall the price, I fell in love with the gunmetal one, at first I didn't like it because I always had black cases, but I learned to love this one very quickly, I probably would still go for the black case if it was transparent, but it's not.
It's been over 1 month since they incipio said they would ship replacement cases to us. I've emailed customer service every 2 weeks and they always say oh just one more week, than two weeks...
