The battery on my M4 MBP is at 99% capacity with only like 125 cycles or something. It's almost a year old.
Mine is slightly more than a year old and has 87% of battery health, if it can make you feel better. Where do you see the charging cycles, by the way?

EDIT: found it, in System Information. 81 cycles. Probably I should let its battery discharge more often rather than using it almost always on AC power.
 
Honestly, I'm starting to not appreciate the new Apple course. I like Apple Silicon, iPhone, Macs and iPad but they're giving their efforts only to hardware and forget how important the OS optimization is.
totally agree, I really wish apple could pay more attention on Mac OS. or may recreate a new Mac OS with new kernel. I feel that existed kernel is not that efficient
