I just got my MP 2 weeks ago (ealry 2008 model). I bought one yesterday and installed it right after. The MP recognized it without any problem. I set up single partition on this HD, the OS X formated in few seconds. I was amazed by the speed of OS X. It will properly take an hour if I format it by Window.

Sadly my local best buys were out of them, but I ordered it online it will take 1-2 weeks to ship but hey its free shipping and I can wait.
