Insane pricing. I guess that's the beauty of digital - zero distribution costs so whatever you charge, it's all profit compared to discs, disc printing & manufacturing, plastic cases, shipping to warehouses then shipping to distributors then customer etc etc (not incl' investment of servers etc & the operation of iTunes Store).
And of course, when it streams, it's streaming using 100% renewables
