I wonder if this was supposed to be done earlier, when it was made compatible with the iPhone models. Competitor success can make a lot of changes nowadays!
Seriously. I've seen the argument "but nO One TaKeS PictuRes witH iPadS!!". As if wanting to view pictures on a larger screen would be some niche want.I can't think of a single addition to Instagram I've appreciated in the last 15 years, but I sure as hell have wanted an iPad version - to SEE THE PICTURES.
Apple might actually give us that non-evasive blood glucose monitor before we see this.Only took them 15 years!
Yep.. nothing I've come across has been sufficientBlueSky iPad app please.
I'm not sure if that will happen. Reason: WhatsApp (I think) is closely tied to your cellphone number.Cool and it would be great if they could have a word with WhatsApp too.
I did my research perfectly well and went through a number of other horrible solutions before landing on what worked for me. The iPhone app running on iPad is exactly what fit the bill.Someone didn't do their research before buying...
So an unsharp, inflated image on an expensive iPad is better than a sharp, beautiful experience on a cheaper Android tablet that actually has a native IG app for tablet "fit the bill"? I'm confused, but OK...I did my research perfectly well and went through a number of other horrible solutions before landing on what worked for me. The TapBots devs are working on a client. They've been great with iPad support in the past.Yep.. nothing I've come across has been sufficient
Yep, not as much useful data to extract from it as there is with phones.I’ll believe it when I see it. Meta has no interest in the iPad.
Did you even read the article? What competitors are you referring to?
I don’t care about the image, I’m not using it to look at anything. It’s a dedicated device specifically to post things to IG for a business account that I don’t want on my personal device. And I can’t airdrop things to an android tablet from my iPhone. I don’t need something that’s cheap and I don’t need something that looks good, I just needed something that works. I airdrop things over, hit post, and move on. I plug it in about once a week to keep it charged, and that’s about it. Otherwise I don’t really do anything else with it.So an unsharp, inflated image on an expensive iPad is better than a sharp, beautiful experience on a cheaper Android tablet that actually has a native IG app for tablet "fit the bill"?
