First of all, it goes both ways. Complaining about tampons in mens' restrooms? You'll get dozens of feminists (or whatever they're called) calling you names. And then a nasty ol' comment war starts. Now, I don't care about anyone's feelings on the Internet, including my own, but that stuff isn't fun to wade through. We live in a world where Hillary Clinton has an article on her campaign website attempting to link Donald Trump to white supremacy through Pepe the frog. Its time to give up this politically correct "everyone has an equal opinion" BS. We NEED to shame people for being stupid. I don't care if you find it on YouTube, the campaign trail, or the grocery store. We have to stop this. No more idiots who don't even know Biden is the VP running around shooting their mouths off about how virtuous they are because they believe in global warming or putting tampons in men's bathrooms or whatever. When this shaming comes with a legitimate argument, that's great, but a personal attack isn't necessarily hate, and even when it is, there's nothing wrong with hating stupidity. You can't explain stupid is to stupid does, so don't blame people for not wanting to waste their time trying.
Also, you want to shame idiots, but most of the people tossing personal attacks are idiots themselves. Usually, there's no reason to do that instead of arguing civilly and maybe making the other person look stupid through argument... if that's what you're in to, making people look bad.
