It depends what browser you are using, Cynthia but it will be under the "Elements" > "Styles" tab. Scroll down and find where it says --desktop-nav-height: The attached shows how it looks in Chrome. Hope this helpsI'm having the same problem and tried to do the fix that flowaraisin suggested, but I expanded everything and can't find the string to change the nav height.
