Installing iOS 16 on LTE?

I am away from home and on the road and the update already downloaded but I was wondering if it’s safe to install it while on LTE? I have no WiFi access

You can if your iPhone support 5G, if so, you need to Allow more data on 5G in your data settings

You can’t do that solely on LTE
