Method 1
Download and install the Office for Mac 2011 trial.
When the "Welcome to Office:Mac 2011" screen appears, select the Enter your product key option.
Read the Software License Agreement, and then click Continue.
Enter the product key from the retail Office for Mac 2011 package you purchased.
Click Activate to convert the trial to a full retail copy.

Just put the CD in the other MB and get the installation file (drag it out of the window where it shows the icon in a Finder window with a fancy background onto the desktop or somewhere else) and transfer it via USB or Dropbox and then it'll be fine. I just did this and everything works flawlessly.

Yes, use the trial and then register it with the product code you get.
Or copy the CD to a USB
Or put a copy on a shared network drive
Or but a cheap DVD drive
 
just setup remote sharing with your desktop pc, pop the dvd into your pc and install wirelessly. That's what i did.
