Anyway... what's good about this is what I, and a lot of people here, were thinking. What if companies stop developing for Macs? They already are actually. But at this point, it doesn't actually matter as much. Apple may be doing something that we've all wanted. You go to the store, buy software, and it works on your computer. Only you don't have to run Windows, nor learn Linux.

So what if only the major companies develop Mac specific software? Imagine running almost any app you want, even games, all without worry of viruses and spyware. We're not there yet, but suddenly I'm not as apprehensive as I was if I see where Apple is headed.

As if Windows apps weren't ugly enough running inside Windows, they look even worse running with lovely OS X in the background.

It shouldn't be too much trouble to skin it with the XP style, should it? I assumed WINE hadn't done it mostly because of speed and because it was so low on the priority list.... The XP style wouldn't look so so bad on top of Aqua.
