Yes, an Intel processor only available in an Intel machine. Show me ANY other machine that has it. List pricing has them in line with the first gen Skylakes so there's no reason for any manufacturer to NOT use it. But everywhere you look it's the 6700. Like I said, they may have 'launched' them, but I doubt they're available in anywhere near enough quantities for any manufacturer to use.
