I have a Macbook 12', I bought it in 2015. The issue has been that it suddenly stops having sound. I see the little speaker icon in the upper right corner and it becomes unavailable. I go to SOUND PREFERENCE and the Built in audio option disappears. I have to restart my computer multiple times a day to bring the audio back. I usually pair my laptop with my beats and it works fine. But if I disconnect the beats and turn off the bluetooth, the sound option disappears at some point during the day. At the same time, during the day i cannot see videos in youtube or any other video website, it stays loading without showing anything. It gets solved by restarting my pc.
I have disconnected and eliminated the beats from the bluetooth.
I have a Airplay sound system in the house that I believe can be affecting it, but I dont know how to disconnect my laptop from pairing with it.
I appreciate any help, ideas, comments.
