I did have the AirPort issue (dropping internet access while remaining connected to WiFi) with my mid-2010 MacBook Pro running SL. I sent it off for repair, and they replaced the Logic Board, but I still had the issue afterwards.

I managed to fix it by creating a network location, and its still working flawlessly to this day. I have no idea if this will fix it in Lion though.

I'm running the GM and my connection is fine on both wired and wifi. I'm with Rogers in Canada.

My Safari just locks up from time to time and when it does it my Internet Connection drops. It seems random and didn't start until I was using Lion GM. It took several days for it to start happening after Install.

Bug?

My iMac running Lion GM has had similar problems every time it goes to sleep I have to physically turn off wifi and than turn it back on to connect to the internet. It connects to my Airport Extreme with no HD connected for TM, on the other hand my Macbook Pro running Snow Leopard does not have the problem. So I take it as a bug in Lion?
