Additionally, I hope to eventually port PowerFox 153 down to Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard.
It definitely backports, but how do you handle the GPU process requests? It requests an offscreen GL pixel format that 10.6's OpenGL cannot provide. So is hardware acceleration even remotely possible?
 
What a great piece of software!
After fumbling around for years with legacy Firefox, Aquafox, Opera and the like on my old legacy machines (PPC G4, G5 and core solo / C2D Merom) I found PowerFox running quite fast and it makes browsing modern sites possible again!

Thank you got it working on my 2011 MBA using High Sierra. I have been struggling to find a good web browser for older versions of OS X.
