What’s to investigate? The phones became unstable due to batteries that ALL degrade over time, and Apple issued a fix. It’s like complaining you have to drive slower on icy roads and wanting to sue your car manufacturer over it. The whole thing is stupid.

The analogies just keep getting worse and worse.

It'd be more like a car manufacturer cutting back engine back way down because the brakes are slowly getting worn. You'd have absolutely no idea why and the manufacturer says absolutely nothing about it and just plays it off as the car getting old.

Only Apple did it to devices that are still under warranty and while the batteries still passed Apple's diagnostic tests. ;)
