Invisibleshield Pathetic

Having owned both, I always advocate BestSkinsEver anyway because it's the same material for about a third or a quarter of the cost...but this just seals the deal.

And that video was hilarious...what a tool. The new iPhone is being released in over 70 "companies"? A "dramastic" improvement? Was he stoned, or just that big of an idiot? If that were my company I would be too embarrassed to post that video, which clearly shows I hire people who don't have even a basic grasp of the English language nor care about how they are perceived as a representative of the company.
 
i bought my invisibleshield from walmart.com. . i need a replacement for my front cover because i dropped it upon installation, i was incontact with zagg and i've gotten about 8 email from them and they just say "i'm happy to assist you, and i'm just sending this email and it appears you've been taken care of". bollocks. i gave them everything they asked for, and i still haven't gotten my front cover. their customer service sucks so badly. i've talked to about 4 different people and none were helpful.

i love the product just not the people.
 
I tried to cancel my order yesterday since BSE shipped out right after I placed my order where as IS said it wouldnt' be for a couple of weeks.

I got the same message "Regrettably, we were not able to get to your email before we shipped it, so your invisibleSHIELD is already on its way to you."

I emailed them back saying I know this isn't true and it's what they tell customers who want to hear something good.

I asked them again to cancel and refund me since I no longer have an interest in their product and I will be returning to sender if I get it.

I will see where that gets me.
 
The best skin I have found after numerous tests is BodyGuardz, especially for the screen. It has less dimpling than InvisibleSHIELD and BestSkinsEver and feels better. InvisibleSHIELDS quality control is very suspect. Two of the shields I received had creases in them that caused a rainbow effect on the screen.

I've got a bodyguardz on the way myself and I'm looking forward to trying it out. I've heard that its the top out of the bunch.
 
Just an update on my own reply to this thread. What jokers Zagg are, I received a parcel from them today containing two boxes. I thought wow after my complaint (which they never replied to) they've sent me two more shields!

I open up the boxes (which aren't shrink wrapped) to find.......nothing... no shields, just empty product boxes with the spray and squeegee thing. haaa...

This company are beyond a joke.

I ordered 3 shields and when I opened the envelope I found an opened product box/packaging with the 3 shields. They obviously did this to save on shipping. The worst thing is they never even labelled the shields (I ordered 2 for the 3G and one for the original iPhone).

I emailed them shortly after receiving my order to complain. This was over a week ago and I still haven't received a reply.

I scrapped both Invisishields as they fit so badly and have ordered BSE instead for my 3G. I hope my experience with their product will be better.

Similar story here. Mine arrived on Saturday. Opened the mail bag to find an opened box that looked like it had been gnawed by rats with a shield inside but the fluid was empty.

Used to be a fan but now think they're a useless company. AVOID!

I have used the IS skin and found it quite horrible to have a skin of ANY kind on my phone. Ruined the feel and dirt seem to get lodged at the joins. On my Iphone 3G I decided to try the apple anti glare on my phones screen and love it purely for the fact that I don't get the finger prints on my screen. You hit pause while watching a film and it doesn't leave a big paw print on there. It also feels lovely IMO.

Honestly though, ZAGG delivered my original IS on time and I was happy with their service. I just didn't like the feel of the phone, but that is an oppinion and not down to their service. I am however shocked that they need to go on to forums to trash other products considering they are a growing company and I presume doing quite well business wise.

That's really a shame. I would open a dispute with Paypal or your credit card if you still can.

I never received a skin that I ordered, they wouldn't tell me anything when I emailed support so I filed a paypal dispute. They never responded and I won after the default time (7 or 15 days, I think).

The worst part was that they sent me an email like a week later "apologizing" and offered me a 25% off coupon. For giggles, I tried it.

It didn't work (said it was expired). What a bunch of jackasses.

Oh, and to Ori, I love the anti glare shield. Has a great feel and I prefer matte to glossy.
