Definitely not as good ~ but I strongly believe this is down to whatever apps we have installed and whether these apps have been utilised enough for 10.3. As an example I'm finding a few apps are running a lot more in the background.

There was a bug at some point that caused some of these kinds of percentage skips, which was then addressed, but that was well before 10.3 (or 10.2).
Yeah I figured that it was fixed because with newer devices that stopped happening.

I had a problem with my 5s regarding that: It always skipped - on iOS 7 - the same percentages: 60% (went from 61% to 59%) and 30%. My iPhone 6s on iOS 9 does not skip any percentage. Neither does my iPad Pro on iOS 9 as well.
Kind of unrelated to the thread's main question, but why are you still on iOS 9? iOS 10 in my opinion is so much better. 🙂

Could you share the first portion of the battery screen and what settings you are using, especially location settings...

Screen at about 25~35%. Location Settings are all "While using the App" or "Never" if its not available. Wifi on & Bluetooth was always on because of AirPods.

Thank you! Can you please tell me the system location services? What about weather?

My iPhone 7+ updated to 10.3.1 and battery drained even when phone is off, up to 20% a day. Is it hardware issue. Does anyone know please help?
