IOS 10 on iPad 3

Hi,

I hope this is the right place to post this. I have an iPad 3rd generation that has unfortunately been rather slow since I updated to iOS 8 and then 9. Can anyone tell me if the iPad 3 performs better on iOS 10 ?

ipad 3 will not be getting IOS 10


IOS 9 is the last upgrade for ipad 3 and lower
