    Build number? Just want to confirm its the same as DP3.

    If it's the same build number as DP3 then is there any way APPL made any changes? Why wait two days between the DP and PB release? To make sure it's "relatively" stable?

    If the build number is the same, then the build is identical to the DP.

    I can verify public beta 2 is build 14A5309d. Not sure what the current developer is

    Developers usually use the betas on test devices. Its generally acknowledged that the public will use the betas on their daily devices. So, developers are the guinea pigs. If the developers install the build and there is an issue apple will hold the public release. This is why public betas don't start with developer beta 1.
