Following update yesterday my screen had stopped responding to touch twice and have had to do a restart to get it working. Never happened before. Is this to do with the update??

I'm starting to suspect so, my 7+ has been giving me fits of unresponsiveness and the apps going haywire ever since I updated and it's driving me crazy.

My screen has been gimmicky for a while now. I was hoping the update would fix it but no luck.
