I think there will be 2 week cycle for public beta. Hence, third beta should arrive on July 10 or July 11 along with iOS 10.3.3 public release. Yes I know Developer Beta will hit the 2 week cycle tomorrow but public betas should stick with 2 week cycle which drop 1 or 2 days after Developer Beta releases. My guess is:

July 10: iOS 11 Developer Beta 3 and iOS 10.3.3 release
Jult 11 or July 12: iOS 11 Public Beta 2

I disagree. The developers are the ones who really need the bug fixes. Public betas are to appease the masses that want the shiny new toy.

But the public beta is the same build as developer beta, so it’s really 2 weeks old.

the public beta is the same build as developer beta. so there's no difference besides the release channel
