Not really, they said it had a "strong possibility" of releasing on Monday (the 3rd) or some point this week as well. They clearly aren't even sure themselves.
And this is the guy who said the following:

I mean, he could be correct, but given the almost certainly final status of Beta 6, it seems unlikely that the public release of 10.3.3 will be 12 days from now.

Where do you see that? In following that comment it is "strong possibility of the 10th"

iOS 10 and Sierra betas just dropped.

A very good chance for iOS 11 and High Sierra betas later today or tomorrow.

Apple is doing things differently this year.

I was just thinking this as well, will it really take Apple that long to release when according to the build number, it's already finalized?

Though this does further support that their iOS 11 beta 2 "prediction" was the outlier. The rest of the time they give more of a vague window, which anyone can do.

Wasn't the 17th the same day as 9.3.3 last year? So probably just pulling random dates out of the air.

They released 10.3.3 beta and iOS 11 beta on the same day last month. They can do it again.

iOS 10.3.3 Betas:
5/16, 5/30, 6/13, 6/22, 6/28, 7/5.

iOS 11 Betas:
6/5, 6/21, 6/26 (Update 1).

No overlap.

Maybe cause it's the same build as beta 5? seems kinda funky but it always reports beta builds
I dunno. Its technically a different build (build # at least) and the notes calling it beta 6. So I would think that would trigger it if its truly an automatic process. I suspect its managed by the acct owner and thus has to be manually updated.
