I'm fully aware of the Mail.App impacting OSX 10.14.4 but I've also been experiencing some issues with a Gsuite account under IOS 12.2. After the update I ended up having issues with my account so I removed it and since then when I try to re-add it via Settings-Accounts it won't let me add it. I select Gmail, it lets me enter the username@domain.com and the password then kicks me back to the screen where I select the type of account. No error of any kind. The account works in Outlook and via the web interface and Gmail app.

Anyone else run into this? Any fixes? I haven't many reports on this one yet.

While I didn’t experience that issue, I did experience a significant decrease in battery life after upgrading. I tried to deal with it and move on, however I couldn’t last more than 24 hours. As of now, I am back on iOS 12.1.4. Fairly simple to rollback. If this is a big problem for you, I’d recommend reverting to iOS 12.1.4 while you still are able. It won’t be long before Apple stops signing it and you will be stuck on 12.2 like it or not. Let me know if you need help if you choose to rollback your iOS.

Exact same issue here. Clearly the problem with GSuite authentication affects iOS as well... it just seems that current accounts aren't being forced to reauthenticate (like on macOS), so it hasn't been as visible an issue.

Seems similar to some things that were discussed in relation to this kind of thing in some iOS 12.2 beta threads, like at https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...fixes-changes-and-improvements.2173763/page-7

I missed that posting in the IOS 12.2 thread but at least we know something did break in the update since it's multiple people.

Google appears to have fixed it. As of today, I could add my G Suite account again. Also, on MacOS, I stopped getting repeated notifications to log in again to Google in Settings.

Edit: iOS is fine but macOS is acting up again.
