I have it installed. My device seems to be working fine so far. I tested the few apps that I use on a daily basis. I haven’t really noticed any visual changes on my device.

So it's like any other beta that offers public ones: the first release is dev only. Late june is in 2 weeks, which is when beta 2 should drop and the first public beta. Nothing to see here really, Apple is just following protocol by not letting public guys jump onto a "not yet mass-tested for critical issues" beta.
Yeah, just check the Bug Report... there’s a ton of stuff that’s broken that, depending on where you are, carrier, etc., can really cause problems - this release isn’t for the public, and definitely should not be used on any of your daily devices. Patience. Public beta will be out the last week in June, likely. Then everyone can chime in on how much smoother iOS 11.4.1 was in comparison :p

Could someone who set up their device as new post the default home screen layout for the first and second page?

Looks like they brought iPhone X style gestures to the iPad. You need to swipe down from top right corner now for control panel, and can swipe up from the bottom to go home in addition to pressing the home button.

They also shifted the time to the left, added the date, and put wifi status, battery, etc. on the right.

Sign of iPad redesign to come?
So are control center and multitasking back to being separate screens after being unified in iOS 11? How do you enter multitasking if swiping up on the dock takes you home now? Is it drag up half way and hold like on the iPhone X?

I don’t like the sound of these changes but I’ll try to reserve judgement until I use it for myself. Is there anyway to turn these new gestures off or are we stuck with them?
