Fixed. How that made it into the public is crazy to me.

Completely agree. Especially after public beta testing. They need to revisit their quality testing big time.

While that is a fairly reasonable assumption in terms of what was behind it, it could also be that the issue was known and releases were still decided to be pushed nonetheless.
