Carrier settings for my carrier updated to 41.0 and modem firmware to 5.51.01 on Qualcomm-enabled iPhone 8. Also, Wiki has been updated as always.

For which carrier? Every carrier has a different carrier settings file and a different file version, so it's useless to just report the version without the carrier name.

Also it's better to simply update the Wiki.

Who says I haven't? Also, updated my post to help people interpret less and understand more and easier. I do not give out names for the carriers I update since my carriers are not one of the usual ones people speak about here.

Eager to see if Messages still freezes and loses contact photos somewhat randomly. This might take some time to suss out though.

Right here...
These updates are getting quite insipid - Mail is getting better though.
I'm always confused by these types of statements.

Outside of us that are on the beta program and discuss this stuff on a daily basis, would you prefer to just wait for all of the fixes at once? Because you can get off the beta program and just wait for 13.4 to be publicly released if that's the case.

I'm glad Apple releases more as it means they are working on stuff, even if very minor.

No Doubt. There are many more changes in each of these betas than any of us ever knows.
Like the sun's position changes during the day, every beta will also have changes. But how many of them are significant and fixing the bugs reported by the users is what matters.
