Thinking of jumping on beta after almost 7-8 months. How was the beta 2 so far in terms of stability guys?

Wait... so is this the first time iOS has gotten an x.5 update? The highest I remember getting is x.4.

What CloudKit problem? Sources? I haven't read anything about issues with CloudKit. I'm on 13.4.5b2 and just did a quick check and everything is syncing okay as far as I can tell.
History items do not sync from either iPad or Mac to the iPhone, even after wait of hours.
i have reported to Apple support. They have not given solution.
also the bugs submitted show “less than 10”.

My download has been stuck on this “Resume Download” screen. It hasn’t moved at all. Any help?

Apple is referring to this iOS release as beta 3 of iOS 13.5, following two developer beta releases of iOS 13.4.5. This is because any revision of iOS that uses a new SDK must have its minor version number changed, hence the jump from iOS 13.4.5 to iOS 13.5.
Correct. Apple also released Xcode 11.5 beta 1 to match the changes for the contact tracing API.

For me, very good with a few minor bugs, nothing annoying enough that would make me regret installing.

Zollotech’s YouTube channel usually puts out two videos about each new iOS beta. The first one is a first look video within hours of release to show any new features or bug fixes. The second one usually comes 5 or 6 days later that’s a follow up on how the beta has been running for him, whether any new bugs, and also the results of his survey of 1000s of viewers who’ve been running the video to see how many of them have had a great, okay, or horrible experience with it, and what kinds of problems they’ve had.

I encourage you to check out his follow up video on 13.4.5 beta 2 if you want a good sense of how it’s been working out for people.

I must have spaced this note in all the earlier posts. I tried this with Mail in one of the early iOS 13 releases. It wasn't really a surprise, but a lot of the Mail Settings were a mess. Caveat deletor or something like that.

After having bad experiences deleting stock apps, I stopped doing so and just put the ones I don't use in a folder.

I don't understand why Apple gave users this ability if it breaks things. I suppose they wanted to silence the whining people who demanded this feature, but what good is it if it breaks the system? Also deleting stock apps doesn't even delete them; it just clears their configuration data and removes the icon from the home screen.
