Tried it before but didn't get on with it.
Maybe delete the mail app, restart the phone and download from app store? It helped me before to remove some issues I had. Not saying it will help you, but it might be worth a try.
 
Really excited because I see everyone saying Mail is working great again! I'm on work WiFi so it'll be 4 hours before it's done downloading. hahahaha

they finally added the „delete“ button back to iMessage photo attachments after I swarmed them with bug reports about it for the last 6 betas

Edit: but you still cannot mass select so you have to delete them one by one

Literally, hallelujah!!!
 
Still having subtitles in the middle of my screen with movies downloaded to the phone.

I know I am not allowed to use the "snappy" word 😉

But Safari is definitely much faster/smoother in this last beta.
It really flies on my Xs

How's 3D touch? I feel like in the last betas they removed it and replaced it with haptic touch which i dislike immensely.

Let's hope these reports of Mail working well are actually true and not just placebo. Maybe this is the beta they finally fixed it in. :O

Pretty sure the text for the Dark Mode toggle in control centre saying “Dark Mode on/off” is new.

Photos > All Photos is now displaying photos in a row of three instead of what it was before.
 
the best think about iOS 13 was reading out messages on AirPods and now its gone great, thought it would come back
