Yeah, using the app it is being a bit of an bugger! lol. Won’t minimise properly or freezes whilst minimising. I just want Fantastical 2 fixed so it will sync properly again.
Seem to have had an issue with "The Weather Channel" app. Was fine before i updated the beta version but then today i've had a location services indicator on pretty much constant, the phone was draining even whilst charging and getting really warm. Had no idea what was doing it as i'd closed all open apps and restarted a few times and even the location settings bit wasnt giving any clues. Anyhow i had a prompt that the app was doing something with location services and did i want to change whilst only using the app which i did but then i deleted the app, dont use it anyway and had only just installed it, and phone been fine since.
Does anyone know if the following apps are working in the latest developer beta"

I've had no real issues with Carplay apart from a couple of times whilst navigating in Apple Maps its ended the route and gone back to just showing the map with no directions. Each time i've just set the destination again and it was fine. Did briefly use Waze on iOS13 and it was fine but i'd only been using it for a few weeks as a trial and i've gone back to Apple maps as i prefer it especially with the dashboard screen in iOS13 which currently only works with Apple Maps.
Also a couple of layout issues in that when it shows my home and work options when setting a destination they are a bit squished on the screen but doesnt stop it working in anyway.
I've got Hiya installed and i cant say i've seen any issues with it.

I use Arlo and Waze daily... no issues for me... now, Waze on CarPlay is still a bit wonky for me (you can read my complaints in the CarPlay threads), but the iPhone app on the phone is working well.

Same here. I'm considering backing down to iOS 12 just because of this, but FYI you can still use Life360 interface from their website from your phone. I saw that last night.

Updated my iPhone X to the newest PB2 and I lost CarPlay on my Kenwood deck. The Kenwood deck sees the iPhone but when I press the CarPlay button it just goes to a black screen. Also, when plugged in, my iPhone display will not stay asleep. It will constantly come on, and go off repeatedly. Worked fine with the PB1. Reported it as feedback

That worked. Thank you. Why would that cause an issue? Not being able to use my CarPlay was irritating. Thanks again.

Mostly likely just a bug. You’ll want to head on over to this thread to find out more iOS 13 beta related things than this thread that’s more for apps not working with iOS 13 betas.

Chunky - the comic book reader - is unusable with PB2. Under PB1 it worked fine, but with PB2 it won't show screen controls - it's in full screen and hides controls by default.

I reported that Smart Life (IFTTT Smart devices control app) was broken, but on its latest update delivered today, is working again. Thankfully I was able to restore my configuration, and all smart devices are back online.
I just discovered that and was coming to post the same. I’ve switched to ComicZeal for now.
I spoke with Life 360 and they are aware of a bug with the app regarding using WiFi and iOS 13 beta. Cellular should work just fine according to them. They did not have a ETA on a fix for the bug as of early last week.

I found that if you move the comic you are reading out of the file folder in the files app go back to the app it takes you at least back to the menu. Then you can just readd it if you want.

The op lists Pocketcast as “working” and it is true that it works... however, there is an annoying issue on iPadOS 13 and also on iOS 13 which has not been fixed yet. If you use the “Up Next” feature, the drag controls to re-order your casts have disappeared. There is no way to manually change the order, other than selecting “play now” and/or “play next”. This happens on the app and also in the web browser. I’ve informed Pocketcast, but they’re waiting for later betas, I think hoping Apple fixes it with an update.
Pocketcast should be moved out of apps with no issues and into apps with minor issues.
