What was the OTA size - I thought I say like 500mb on my iPhone 11 Pro Max running gm 14
but then I saw 4.8 gb on the gm iPad Pro 2018 so I think I misread the iPhone!

seems like a large update for just 2 changes (and some bug fixes)
4.5 GB or so on the iPhone 11Pro

The Control Center should not look like the Home Screen, icons should be translucent with a white image
It is.. that screen shot was likely for illustration

Correction: It is colored when active. (Like the screen recording button)

There better be some real fixes in here. My iPhone 11 keeps stalling out and on the native apps.

What about those of us with discerning taste and recognize other third parties have better music players that offer more innovative controls than Apple? With it only opening up in Apple Music I would still find this feature less than helpful.

Now Spotify is going to cry even more because it’s defaulting to recommending the song on Apple Music
And TBH they’re right. Spotify users can completely skip this update because they can’t use 75% of its features. What are they gonna do about “listen on Apple Music” button or Apple Music’a music suggestions in control center? I wish Apple shared some API’s and allowed changing default music player because that looks unfair to developers as well as to users.

I don't see it, no option in Control settings, on iOS 14.2b.

Edit:
Duh...it's under Music recognition in Control centre Settings, I was looking for Shazam.

Anyone remember the original Shazam? No downloading an app or anything, you just dialed 2580 on your oldschool, monochrome display equipped brick of a phone and it listened, then sent you an SMS with the song. Was like 50p a go though so wasn’t cheap!

Guys, if I Shazam a song using Siri, should it get stored in my Shazam app? I've tried it but even though the song is recognised, it's not stored in the app?

Yet STILL no VPN button for Control Center... 🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡🤬🤬😡😡😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬🤬🤬😡🤬😡🤬🤬😡😡😠😡🤬🤬😡🤬🤬

Funnily enough, that bugged me just yesterday.

It's not a huge deal, but given that Apple employees use VPNs as well, you'd think someone internal would find this to be a useful addition.

It's a big deal to me. My workplace public wifi is overly restrictive, and I run my own VPN to access my home network and get around some of the restrictions. As I move from AP to AP around the building it disconnects, so I find myself having to reconnect 5-10 times a day, 5 days a week... seems like such an obvious thing to have in control center, yet all these years of being able to customize it and still nothing.
