Edit: Turns out upgrading to 15.1 during the setup process on a new phone doesn't install the beta profile. Still not showing OTA even after installing profile.

Edit 2: And we're up. 949MB on 13 Pro.

This worked for me on 15.1 Beta 1, with a watch running the released 8.0 build (18R346); were you still having this issue?

It’s likely that yours was never affected by it in the first place.

How does one check the kernel date/version?

You can either use an app that shows system info (System Guard is what I use) or from analytics data Settings>Privacy>Analytics & Improvement>Analytics Data>stacks-[date].ips (Make sure the date is when you installed the new build). The string after the last / is the device identifier so it will defer by model

yeah ill believe that when I've check because iOS 15.1 b2 "definitely" wasn't coming out today buddy.

My unlock with watch was working fine on B1 and continues to do so on B2. I wasn't really having any issues so if there's anything specific you'd like me to check, let me know. What I can say is this phone is just as beautifully buttery smooth as it was before.
