Thanks Banglazed. Just a heads up though, the link for iOS 16 release notes above goes to iOS 15 release notes. Here is the correct link for iOS 16.X

Let's hope it fixes the 14 pro swipe up stutter. I doubt it since 16.2B2 didn't.
Probably not, this update is probably for the ad issue as well as possibly the wifi issue some users have seen. Unfortunately, no release notes yet though, so it is up in the air.

Yup, confirm the Volume button is fixed.

Still asks to trust the computer when backing up the computer.

Not sure if the alarm clock Lock Screen widget is fixed or not. It didn't update by just changing the sleep time in the clock app or after a reboot. I deleted my entire sleep schedule in the Health app and created a new one and the alarm clock widget updated. Will know tomorrow if it's really fixed or not.

Settings-Mail/Contacts/Calendar/Notes/Reminders-Accounts-iCloud-Media and Purchase always shows Off still NOT fixed.

I don’t get it - post a screenshot or screen recording…

Edit:

My beloved Lock Screen widget clicking is still there ;)

Is the orange dot showing audio usage supposed to be that far to the left? I guess I never noticed it.

16.1.1 completely bricked my iPhone 14 Pro Max. God I'm getting so sick of Apple's software ineptness.

It's a UI design flaw. It looks even worst when you are on a phone call. The orange dot moves further out. I hate looking at it. Looks dysfunctional :(
