iOS 16.1 Beta 2 Fixes GPS Issue on iPhone 14 Pro Models

Would be interesting to know how accurate is dual frequency GPS. Can someone post that data? iPhone11 had best accuracy 6 meters.

On Android phones, 1m. Qualcomm chipsets usually have firmware to prevent accuracy better than 3m though.

Your iPhone 11 sounds like it was able to see cell towers (A-GPS) if it had an accuracy of 6m. Using GPS signals only, it would likely be no better than 10 meters.

I’m on iPhone 13 Pro Max. I’m on the latest beta. My GPS accuracy isn’t accurate. I first noticed this issue a few weeks ago when I ordered the Chick-fil-A app and it’s supposed to start ordering itself when I get closer. I was off by 1 minute away.

iOS has given me years of hilarious autocorrect issues.

On another note, I experienced the OIS camera issue on my 14 Pro again after installing this beta. Scared the crap out of me.
Hopefully once a fix is released to the public, Apple can examine my camera to make sure it’s alright and not damaged.

Beta 2 doesn’t fix the geolocation issue with apps on the 14 Pro that require state gaming verification.

You said you read that it was an issue...now you are saying you are having it? Why is this not reported?

Maybe I missed it, but I have read/heard (on this very site) that any camera issues have been fixed with 16.1 beta 2 and I don't read ever single post/response, but I have no seen it as still being an issue. FYI...I never experienced any of the 3rd party camera shaking on my 14 pro max on any of the betas.
