Strange, I don't have it on my 14 Pro. Wondering if it's specific to the Max (seems odd), or due to the fact you have a dark wallpaper. Try a bright wallpaper and see if it makes a diff???

Yes, it changes under certain conditions. I think I saw someone on Twitter posted about it some time ago.

One of my apps was doing this on the current build. Deleting the app and reinstalling fixed it.
