Okay then.
Looks like (initially) the stutter is gone from scrolling......just scrolling through MR home page in Safari, and it looks like buttery smooth is back. Yea!!!

New modem firmware and carrier version. Don’t see much else different at first glance though. I’m on a 12 mini so never had any stuttering with Beta 2.
