Looking forward to the Always-On w/no wallpaper feature, and also hoping the new Home architecture will improve the HomePods connectivity and updating process.
So, with all this new features on iOS 16.2, are all the iOS 16 features out there? Or there are still some features announced at WWDC still missing from iOS 16.2
New features don't excite me. Bug fixes is what I care about.
How about another Leopard --> Snow Leopard type of update. Gimme the same, but sleaker, less buggy. Unleash Wozniak's Roughnecks on those bugs.
"Come on you apes, do you want to live forever?"
Okay, @MNSearcher just disagreed with my message. I think he/she/they knows the answer to what the user was asking, about slow transfers that take more than 10 minutes using AirDrop. Please, enlighten us!I guess, once the transfer had started, it will continue until finishing, regardless of the change on the setting. But I haven’t tested it.
I would also hope they release IpadOS 16.2 as well.Wow! What a way to end 2022.
iOS 16.2 is packed with very nice features. Can't wait till next week.
"Early 2023"Got the beta, darn, Advanced data protection not available in Canada yet, wonder why
Yes. I was thinking the same exact thing.Still no word on that Savings Account feature in Wallet eh?
So strange that it was in the release notes for 16.1, turned out to *not* be there, and Apple has been silent on it ever since.
I highly doubt the implementation will be obnoxious like the Weather Channel. Most likely articles will be at the bottom of all of the information, but we will have to wait and see. I see this as a positive — if there is any major weather-related news for a particular area, why wouldn’t I want to see this? Please, no!
Now that dark sky has been absorbed into Apple weather and is due to be discontinued, the last thing I want is for apple weather to become the weather channel.
Are you on the beta/RC?here comes 16.2 with barrage of bugs
