I'm a big fan of the Yubico Yubikey 5C nano for laptops/desktops And the 5Ci for mobile devices. Others have recommended the 5 NFC so that you don't need to use the physical lightning port. I don't have experience with the NFC version, as where I work we're not allowed to use NFC due to our security requirements (this isn't common, so don't take this as consumers shouldn't use NFC), but I'd encourage you to see if that would work well for you as it should be more convenient.

So, now it's like a grenade? How does that prevent an emergency call from being made? You can't hold the buttons forever...
