Showed up and downloading on my iPad Pro 12.9”, but nothing on my iPhone 14 Pro Max yet.

I've got tvOS and watchOS updates... nothing on the macOS side yet.

Edit: Had to switch to Customer Beta (instead of Developer Beta) to get the iOS Beta to show up.

How much do you want to be that they still haven't fixed the lock screen notification bugs, the CarPlay bugs, or the Safari Privacy Mode bugs yet?

Hmmm. I wonder why the release notes don’t mention Apple Pay Later or the Apple Cash Savings account… Are they pushing it back again? I know it’s likely a server side update, but why mention it in the first beta if they aren’t gonna roll it out with 16.4?

That is strange, the developer build downloaded and installed and rebooted and now a new download for 16.4 is showing up and downloading after I hit update. Maybe it is finally pushing the public RC to us unofficial developer users?

I’m gonna wait on the RC until the public release. I’m experiencing some really strange issues already.
